What we recommend for rebranding
The minimum to get started: a PNG logo (transparent background, light version for dark screens) + your agency name. It's set up in 5 minutes and works across every deliverable right away.
The advanced level: add your branded headline font — then invitations, print, and the capsule all come out in a single style with your logo and name.
For most agencies, a logo + name is enough: the premium «Editorial Film» aesthetic already reads as a high-end, authored service. A full palette swap is taken by only a few — for large brand chains.

the process
How it works at your agency
At the meeting with the couple you open «Planner» in Proyavka and in 5 minutes put together an invitation layout in their style (there are presets for 10 wedding types).
A week before the wedding you order the table cards to print straight from the app. Several formats — pick the one that fits the setting.
On the wedding day you or the coordinator turn on the Live slideshow on the projector in the banquet hall and hand out badges. Guests shoot.
The next morning you send the client the video capsule + a link to the album. It's your bonus, not ours.
The closing period — a monthly report with bank details and payment by transfer. VAT included.

Common questions from agencies
What does white-label mean in practice?
The «#Proyavka» label is removed from the capsule, printed cards, badges, and slideshow, and replaced with your name or logo. The guest sees «A wedding by {your agency}», not our brand. The app guests shoot in stays under our brand — that's a technical requirement for distribution.
Can I work without registering a legal entity?
You can, as a self-employed individual. For the «Planner» package with VAT and closing documents, you'll need a sole proprietorship (IP) or an LLC (OOO).
Is there a minimum volume?
The 40% partner discount kicks in from your 15th event of the year. Before that — standard rates, while white-label and the agency dashboard are available right away.
What about Federal Law 152-FZ for us as a data operator?
You and Proyavka are joint operators. Consent templates are already built into /join. You get a consent log in JSON for your report to Roskomnadzor (RKN) with one click. More details in the Offer.
