Proyavka is a private shared event photo album: guests shoot right inside the app via a QR code or a link, and after the celebration the album gets «developed» like real film — all the shots open up for everyone at once. Weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, graduations, New Year. Guests don't need to register: they enter via QR and just provide a name; it works on iPhone, Android and in a browser.
The idea is simple and old-fashioned in the best sense. In the old days you couldn't view film right away: you shot the whole celebration and developed the photos only afterwards — and that turned into a moment of its own, when everyone looked back through the day together. Modern phones took away that anticipation, but added chaos: photos scatter across personal galleries, get compressed in messengers and vanish from the feed within a week. We brought back the «development»: during the celebration the shared feed stays closed, no one gets stuck staring at their phone, and the next morning the album opens up in full — with shots from everyone who was there.
What Proyavka is
Every guest shoots
Each guest shoots in the app via QR. Photos from every phone come together in one stream and are grouped by the moments of the event.
The album gets «developed»
During the celebration the feed stays closed. After the event all the shots open up at once — like real film fresh from developing.
Private and in Russia
Only you and your guests can see the album. Data is stored on servers in Russia, with no facial recognition.
Why we do exactly this
We're building a service for Russia and the CIS, not localizing someone else's. The team is based in Russia, and we build the product around how people here celebrate and pay. This isn't a carbon copy of a foreign app with a translated interface: pricing in rubles, payment by card or via SBP, printed cards tailored to our formats and habits, support in Russian. Most of our users choose the Russian version — but the site and the app are available in 13 languages, because a single celebration often brings together guests from different countries.
Data stays in Russia — for us that's not a line in a policy, but an architectural decision. The servers are located in Russia, and the processing of personal data complies with Federal Law 152-FZ. When entering, a guest gives consent, a consent log is kept, and everyone has the right to delete their photos and download their data. We deliberately do not use facial recognition: the album groups photos by the moments of the event (getting ready, ceremony, reception, dancing), not by people. Photos are not used for advertising and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Payment is fair and one-time. You pay once for a specific event — with no subscription that's easy to forget to cancel later. The service is free to use for up to 7 guests. After that, the price grows smoothly along with the number of guests: roughly 1,290 ₽ for 30 guests, 2,490 ₽ for the «Wedding» plan for 80 guests, 4,800 ₽ for the «Big Event» plan for 200 guests, and 7,900 ₽ for 300. The calculator on the home page always shows the exact amount — no hidden charges after the celebration.
A celebration should live on after the celebration. That's why, from the app, you can print QR cards for the table, table numbers, name badges and stickers for glasses, and after the event you can put together a video capsule set to music, save a private web album, download an archive in original quality and order a printed photo book. We want a memory you can set on the table, not just scroll through on your phone.
For business, we offer white-label. Wedding agencies, venues, hotels and photographers can deliver the album under their own brand: the partner's logo and visual identity on cards, badges, the video capsule and the album itself. Partner terms and invoice-based payment are available for them. This way our service becomes part of the organizer's offering, rather than a separate «technical» app that the guest has to be talked through.
We write about this honestly and without grand numbers: the project is young, we don't invent awards or claim thousands of events that never happened. Our goal is simpler and more important — that after your celebration you're left with a living, complete story of the day, gathered by the hands of everyone who was there, and kept somewhere you feel at ease.
Proyavka, a group chat and a cloud folder — what's the difference
Most often, people try to collect guest photos in two familiar ways: they create a group chat in a messenger, or they set up a cloud folder where everyone «dumps» their shots. Both work, but both have well-known drawbacks. Below is an honest comparison on the merits, without naming specific services.
| What matters | Proyavka | Group chat (messenger) | Cloud folder |
|---|---|---|---|
| A single event album | Yes — all the shots in one album, grouped by moments | A feed-stream; photos drown among messages and stickers | A folder of files with no event structure |
| Quality without compression | Originals, archive in source quality | The chat compresses photos and cuts quality | Depends on the service; often requires manual uploading |
| Privacy and Federal Law 152-FZ | Servers in Russia, guest consents, no facial recognition | Depends on the messenger; servers are often abroad | Depends on the provider; data is frequently outside Russia |
| Print for the table (QR, badges) | Yes — cards, table numbers, badges right from the app | No | No |
| Video capsule set to music | Yes — automatically after the event | No | No |
| White-label for business | Yes — the agency's or venue's brand on all materials | No | No |
| Payment in rubles, no subscription | One-time payment per event, card or SBP | Free, but without album and printing features | Often a paid subscription for storage space |
The comparison is made by categories of services rather than by specific brands, and reflects the typical properties of these ways of collecting photos.
